Duties include:Quality control tests with regards to bottling and labellingRoutine analysis of wines /juicesAd hoc experimental workImproving quality systemsAdministration of samples and resultsTesting dry goods to specificationsAttend to packaging & production line problemsPreparing chemicals, verify, calibrate and maintain equipmentRequirements:Good interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English)Willingness to work overtimeDetail orientatedGrade 12Food Technology or related qualification advantageousGood analytical abilitiesCode 8 drivers license - must have own transportMust be computer literate
