If so, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Control Inspector.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and tests to identify any deviations from established standards. This role requires a strong understanding of automation processes and electrical systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.Utilize automated inspection equipment and tools to conduct detailed quality assessments.Identify and document non-conformities, deviations, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality metrics.Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality control technology.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies.Familiarity with automation systems and processes.Electrical qualification or equivalent experience is required.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Experience with quality inspection tools and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
