Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional self-driven individual to join their exciting QA Department in the capacity of a QA Officer. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).
Primary Purpose of the JobIdentify any deviations in alignment of processes with Standard Operating Procedures and communicate effectively to applicable superiors for review.Participate in SOP reviews and provide input for the compilation of Standard Operating Procedures within specified timelines.Identify improvements to processes as well as Medipost / CDU App system.Time & attendance management according to Company Policies.Attention to detail and Problem solving skills.Completion of various Quality Assurance logs within agreed and specified timelines.Investigate and resolve any disagreement with Departmental Manager on the applicable Quality Assurance logs within specified timelines.Monitor IR compliance by Managers on timelines and communicate any deviations and or non-compliance to superiors.Monitor QA log compliance by relevant employees on completion timelines and communicate any deviations and or non-compliance to superiors.Notify the Quality Assurance Manager in writing on completion of various Internal Audits and Quality Assurance logs.Adherence and distribution of required monthly reports.Ensure all external audit preparations are completed within the designated time frames.Responsible for the orientation of internal and external audits if requested.Ensure adherence to company SOP's, policies and procedures.Completing various Adhoc tasks.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance of Medipost Group ProcessesIdentify any deviations in alignment of processes with Standard Operating Procedures and communicate effectively to applicable superiors for review.Participate in SOP reviews and provide input for the compilation of Standard Operating Procedures within specified timelines.Identify improvements to processes as well as Medipost / CDU App system.Communication administrative competency.Attention to detail and problem solving competencies.Willingness and ability to assist other departments when required by Management.Completion and Accuracy of Quality Assurance LogsCompletion of various Quality Assurance logs within agreed and specified timelines.Investigate and resolve any disagreement with Departmental Manager on the applicable Quality Assurance log/s within specified timelines.Monitor Quality Assurance log and IR compliance by Managers or relevant employee(s) on completion timelines and communicate any deviations and or non-compliance to superior(s).Performing of Internal Process AuditsMonitor compliance by Managers on completion timelines and communicate any deviations and or non-compliance to superiors as per agreed timelines.Notify the Quality Assurance Manager in writing on completion of various Internal Audits. Reports are completed within instructed timelines.Assist with any changes either to the process or the SOP.Facilitation of All External Related AuditsEnsure all preparations are completed within the designated time frames.Responsible for the orientation of external auditors if requested.Compliance according to Company policies.QualificationExperience3 - 5 Years experience within Medipost pharmacy / CDU and Medipost / CDU App.IdealExcellent understanding of Medipost Group processes and service level agreements.Previous exposure in a Contact Centre or Customer Service or Quality Assurance delivery role.Licensing and AccreditationRegistered at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant.Training RequiredTraining on Call Cabinet and Presence.Departmental SOPs.Policies and Procedures for all the companies within the Medipost Group.Competencies (Key Behaviors Areas)Work independently.Ability to investigate scenarios against the Standard Operating Procedures of the specific company.Problem solving.Identify improvements to processes as well as Medipost / CDU App system.Interpersonal and relationship Building skills.Conflict management and resolution skills.Deadline orientated.Flexibility and adaptable.Self-motivated and results orientated.Able to handle pressure.Neatness.Confidentiality.Assist with evaluation and compilation of SOP Training Manuals.IdealExternal Audit facilitation.Internal Assessment facilitation.Strategic thinking.Aligning.Strong organizing and prioritizing skills.
