Our client in the manufacturing/fmcg industry is urgently looking to employ a QA Analyst at their organizationLocation: Nasrec, GautengJob Description:Overall maintenance and improvement of the quality of products, services, and processesRequirements: Please note this is a fixed term contractDegree/Diploma in Food Technology/Biotech/Analytical 2+ years of relevant experience within the FMCG/manufacturing industryProven ability to manage, maintain and deliver against Customer requirements.Responsibilities:Support the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality System as per FSSC 22000Identify areas that need to be improved and work towards enhancing the overall quality and food safety, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality and food safety.Perform regular GMP AND quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance.Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.Coordinate in-house training on company policies, procedures and basic GMPsParticipate in customer complaints investigationsRaising nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis and invesSalary: RMR MonthlyJob Reference #: 1145742
