Responsibilities: Documentation Control: Manage and control all quality-related documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.
Implement document control procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Management System (QMS) Support: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS.
Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to quality and report on trends or issues.
Training and Compliance: Coordinate training sessions on quality procedures and processes.
Monitor training compliance and maintain training records.
Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure understanding and adherence to quality requirements.
Quality Assurance Support: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and activities.
Participate in quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis and collaboration with teams.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: National Diploma or equivalent in Quality or Business Administration with relevant work experience.
Experience in a quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a engineering, manufacturing or aerospace industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and document control software.
