As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.At least 1 year's relevant experience.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software.SAP experience (highly advantageous).Knowledge of manufacturing / supply chain processes, including machining, assembly, and material handling.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.As a Graduate Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimising manufacturing processes and systems within our organisation. You will apply your knowledge of engineering principles and practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of industrial engineering while contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Analyse current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.Data Analysis: Utilise statistical methods and software tools to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to production output, cycle times, and resource utilisation.Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping to eliminate waste and streamline operations.Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement strategies for maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency.Project Management: Lead or assist in engineering projects aimed at introducing new processes, technologies, or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production metrics.Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, supply chain management, and other departments to address operational challenges and achieve shared goals.Travel Requirements: 0%
