Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated procurement team, drive strategic sourcing, and optimize procurement processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance in procurement activities.
Duties and responsibilities

Ensure compliance with supplier onboarding processes and due diligence.
Conduct thorough screening of suppliers and service providers.
Collaborate with the finance team to provide monthly reports on open purchase orders.
Negotiate 30-day payment terms with SLA suppliers to positively impact treasury cash reserves.
Assess financial viability of potential suppliers using financial metrics.
Streamline procurement processes through technology solutions and standardization.
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Lead and enhance team performance through clear metrics and KPIs.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications and experience

Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Procurement & Purchasing department in a luxury hotel
Proven contract negotiation experience.
Leadership and team management experience.
Advanced proficiency in internal procurement practices, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial ERP software
