Training Facilitator position is available at Rocbolt Technologies.
Role objectives: Responsible for facilitating all aspects of training in the production process environment, which includes development of course material through existing SOPs, delivery of theoretical and practical training, and assessments and moderating of all levels of training.Grade 12National diploma/degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.Successful completion of an Assessor and Moderator qualificationBasic literacy in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint5 to 10 years of experience working in a Facilitator role.Well-rounded business communication skills (writing/reading/communication in English)Key Responsibilities include the following: (not exclusively) Demonstrate and Supervise hands -on training activities.Design and develop comprehensive training programs for the entire operation through SOP's.Create instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning.Conduct theoretical classroom training sessions covering ISO standards/requirements and safety procedures.Actively design, develop and execute all training and development initiatives for staff in line with SETA/Industry Standards and Sandvik/DSI requirements.Use multimedia tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.Assess and adjust instructional methods based on the needs of individual trainees.Coordinate and conduct practical, hand-on training sessions and Rocbolt production processes.Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments and written examinations.Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skillsUpdate training materials and curriculum to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.Integrate new technologies and techniques into the training program.Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.Prepare and update training manuals, reference guides, and documentation.Liaise with Management to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.Liaise with the Safety Department to ensure that that all practical training is done in a safe manner.Interested candidates who meet the above-mentioned criteria are required to email a 1-page application/motivation letter, with a CV to ****** no later than 14
