Public Sector Procurement Manager

One of our public sector clients is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their JHB team.
Qualifications and experience: Commerce / Business management / Business Admin / Supply chain management bachelors' degree  Advantage - Post graduate diploma / honours - in Supply Chain management  No less than 8 years' procurement experience within the public sector  5 years' experience as a Supervisor / Manager  ORACLE ERP proficiency  Knowledge: Treasury regulations  Key skills: Policy writing Negotiation People management  Communication Time management Interpersonal Attention to detail  Key performance areas:  CAPEX.
