Craft press releases and build strong media relationships.Branding & Reputation: Uphold and safeguard our brand's image across all platforms, manage internal signage, and oversee uniform design.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor digital channels for reputation management, handle patient and family inquiries, and foster external relationships.Internal Communication: Collaborate with department heads on targeted communication initiatives and support other functions such as Nursing and HR. Write, compile & design the monthly newsletter and promote employee branding.Event Coordination: Arrange special events, create marketing materials for events, handle photography, and manage event stories.Gift Management: Procure and prepare gifts for treating specialist, employees and visitors when required.
