Public Relations Officer

Minimum requirements: Matric and post matric qualification will be beneficial Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the Legal or Property SectorGenerate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)Meeting agreed-upon monthly targetsBuilding relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) meet and greetOrganise client eventsAttend client functionsHave a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort our any problematic cases)Keep the Directors informed via email or personally once resolvedEnsure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are setEnsure that all set appointments have been attended to on timeAttend to set and agreed upon performance meetings with the Conveyancer/DirectorEnsure that training is provided to our clients where necessaryOwn vehicle and used to visit/travel to clienteleDrive and enlarge the Business area within the general Cape Town, West Coast, Helderberg, Winelands region and surroundsCommunicate with clients Face to face , Email, WhatsApp etcFull bilingual proficiencySkills : Building positive relationships with existing and new ClientsMust be driven and result-orientatedMust be able to work independentlySelf-starterVery motivatedGood problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in Acquiring Clients, handling Clients and Client Services;Consultant: Amelia Dienie - Dante Personnel Cape Town
