Public Relations & Communications Co-Ordinator

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Communications, CSI, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of relevant working experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
Experience in content creation and managing communication channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with communication platforms and tools.
Experience in event management, including planning and executing corporate events.
Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
Experience managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities and community development initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify communication needs, develop and implement strategies to ensure staff are informed and engaged with the company's goals and values;
Coordinate and manage internal events;
Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance company image and brand reputation;
Creating content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet and high quality website content;
Manage media relations i.e. press releases, media enquiries, etc;
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing material i.e. brochures, social media content etc;
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, i.e. farmers, businesses;
Develop and execute brand campaigns, event planning (including budgeting and vendor engagements;
Oversee and manage the corporate social activities and community development initiatives(CSI).
