The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.Position Summary & Key Areas of ResponsibilityLead and manage multiple projects within the banking and financial services sector.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Basic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
