Job SummaryThe Provincial Medical Manager, reporting to the National Medical Director, directly oversees and manages all medical and clinical governance activities and services at all supported facilities located in the Province, covering all sites and outposts. The incumbent also oversees the implementation and expansion of medical and quality of care initiatives within the province, ensuring delivery of high-quality standard of care for all patients. The Provincial Medical Manager ensures collaboration of his/her department(s) with contributing programmes and related stakeholders in the region to ensure a holistic approach to patient management.
