Are you someone who can: Formulate and drive the provincial Lend strategyProvide key inputs into the provincial Lend budgetDeliver balance sheet growth across multiple lend productsDeliver NIR and NII growth across multiple lend productsHave a strong understanding of working capital and term products essentialManage the portfolio and reportingManage a team of multi-skilled people across various productsManage all stakeholders including product heads and segment headsDeal structuring and client solutioningClient negotiationsManage and lead people to achieve Lend Pillar objectivesAttend multiple excosAttend multiple credit committeesOrigination of dealsYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Post Graduate qualification recognised by the FSCA RegistrarRE 1 professional registration (CA qualification will be an advantage)5 to 8 years' relevant banking experience, with more than 2 - 3 years appropriate experience managing people5 - 8 years Financial Management experience post qualification, of which 2 - 3 years ideally at management levelBased on business requirements, the role could be expected to perform Key Individual dutiesKnowledge or experience in structural finance & lending/property finance will be an advantagePerson must not be an unrehabilitated insolventExperience in managing peopleYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovate and leadWe can be a match if you are: AnalyticalFinancial acumenAttention to detailTechnology savvyAbility to deal with big teams (problem solving/conflict management)Knowledge and interpretation of financialsAre you interested to take the step?
