Protein Expression and Purification ScientistOur client based in the Pinetown area is seeking a Protein Expression and Purification Scientist to join their Quality Management and Scientific Affairs department.Requirements:Masters degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or other relevant degreePhD in Biotechnology preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP or Biotechnology environment1 year experience of expressing proteins in a BioreactorSuccessful track record in the field of Biotechnology R&D project managementBroad experience in the analysis of complex formulationsMinimum of 3 years' experience in protein expression and purification systems, with mammalian and bacterial cell culture experience preferredExperience in synthesis, purification and analysis of synthetic peptides preferredExperience in transfer of methods and data to other laboratories preferredAny experience in plasma-derived therapeutic proteins is a plusIf you meet all of the above, please apply directly here OR send your CV to (Email Disabled).
