This remote position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for market research, a talent for crafting compelling outreach messages, and a relentless drive to generate new leads.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and individual educators.Targeted Outreach: Manage and optimize Apollo sequences for efficient and strategic outreach, ensuring maximum engagement with prospects.Personalized Engagement: Craft compelling and personalized messaging for email and social media campaigns to connect with prospects and generate qualified leads.Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects across various communication channels to nurture leads and convert them into customers.Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with Purple Ruler's growth objectives, providing critical insights from your prospecting activities.Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and developments in the education sector to identify new opportunities and enhance prospecting efforts.Feedback & Improvement: Provide actionable feedback from your outreach activities to continuously improve our sales and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Previous experience in prospecting.Familiarity with Apollo or similar sales engagement platforms.Familiarity with general prospecting tools and techniques.Fast Internet and external monitors with a good computer are a valuable addition to the role.Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prospecting campaigns in a remote setting.Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of outreach activities.A passion for education and a commitment to promoting educational products and services that truly make a difference.Compensation:Starting Salary: ZAR 16,000To move to Phase 2, we require 1000 prospects added each month with a response rate of over 7.5%. This needs to be maintained for 2 months.Phase 2 Salary: ZAR 18,500Lead Prospector Salary: We require 1500 prospects added each month with a response rate of over 10%.
