As a Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate closely with business development, investment teams, and various departments within the investment management business to develop high-quality proposal materials. These materials play a key role in supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of creating RFPs (Requests for Proposals), DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires), capability documents, and presentations, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
Maintain a solid understanding of the company's systems, teams, products, and processes to create accurate, up-to-date proposal content.
Ensure that the information databases are well-maintained, precise, and comprehensive.
Oversee the internal review process for all submissions to guarantee accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Stay informed of JSE compliance requirements and ensure all submissions meet regulatory guidelines.
Assist the Compliance Officer with compliance-related matters, including legislation, Exchange Rules, Directives, and taxation requirements.


Experience:

3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in a technical support or proposal development role, with exposure to RFPs and DDQs.
A strong interest in financial markets and investment products across asset classes.
Excellent project management and writing skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables.



Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
