The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and excellent attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in the property finance industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with Property Wealth Assessment.Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Respond to queries from clients and provide regular updates on the progress of their application.Complete all necessary administration and/or capturing tasks accurately and efficiently.Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Attend leads and close the sale.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.Desired Experience & QualificationMatric certificate or higher.Working laptop.Tertiary qualification in finance or related field advantageous.Previous experience in the property finance or real estate industry advantageous.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of credit profile interpretation.Knowledge of Lightstone report interpretation.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:High School (matric) (Required)Experience:Call centre/Property wealth assessment: 1 year (Required)
