Company:Marsh Description: Marsh McLennan – Marsh Africa – Advisory – Property Risk Consulting, is seeking candidates for the following position: Property Risk Consultant Note that the position is Cape Town or surrounding areas e.g. Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand based. What can you expect? You will become part of the PRC (Property Risk Consulting) team, which does risk control audits and property risk underwriting surveys on existing / potential Marsh clients; Helping clients identify, evaluate and manage their risk and monitor the level of resilience, by providing tools, frameworks, protocols and skills; Travel to – and from clients within South Africa, representing Marsh and servicing the client on-site; Risk assessment; underwriting surveys and technical consulting for clients; Involvement with the project management team; Attend to ad-hoc projects as required. What you need to have? Mechanical, Electrical or (Chemical) Engineering qualification; Fire Engineering qualification/s e.g. IFE, SAESI or similar. Computer literate; advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. What makes you stand out?
