Job DescriptionRole Purpose: The On-Site Project Manager ensures that small- to medium-sized property projects, such as renovations and maintenance tasks, are completed efficiently, meeting quality standards and project goals. This role is essential in maintaining Inospace properties to deliver operational excellence for clients.
Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Directly oversee on-site projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality expectations.
Contractor Management: Supervise contractors on-site, assessing their work quality and progress against timelines and budget.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects meet health, safety, and building standards.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets to control costs, minimize expenditure, and report on financial performance.
Operational Support: Provide on-the-ground support to park management, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating quick solutions.
Stakeholder Updates: Communicate project status, timelines, and any potential issues to park management and other stakeholders.
RequirementsMust be South African Citizen.
Strong technical knowledge in construction and building maintenance.
Proven experience managing contractors and on-site operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight budgets and timelines.
Familiar with building standards and compliance regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
