Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty Mossel Bay is seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for selling properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Actively seek out new clients and generate leads through networking, marketing, and advertising.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with other agents and brokers to close deals and maximize profits.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Must hold a valid FFC Certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of sales success.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Experience using real estate software and technology.
