Responsibilities:
Take charge of the entire Letting and Sales process, including:
Canvassing and cold calling for rental or sale properties.
Listing properties.
Qualifying buyers/tenants.
Signing all necessary documentation.
Source information about properties and accept mandates from owners.
Visit owners to discuss their properties and unique features.
Conduct property valuations and create leasing descriptions.
Market and promote properties for sale or rental on property portals and social platforms.
Represent clients in negotiations with prospective buyers/tenants.
Assist buyers/tenants in making decisions.
Ensure the price is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
Inspect and assess the condition of properties.
Maintain client relationships during and after the sale/lease conclusion.
Stay updated with trends in the local residential property market.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Own a reliable car and driver's license
Laptop
Experience in the property or sales industry is beneficial
NQF-4 (Fidelity Funds Certificate)
Sales: 2 years (Required)
Commission Structure:
Full training provided.
50% (Agent) / 50% (Company) commission split for interns.
60% (Agent) / 40% (Company) commission split for full-status agents.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
This is a full commission-based position, and your earnings will reflect your efforts and achievements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
