Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with Degree / Diploma in ManagementUCT Sectional Title / HOA Management course advantageousRegistered with PPRA and holding a valid FFC advantageous3+ years' experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOA's / Complex ManagementStaff management experience and MS Office literacyValid driver's license and good communication skillsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Marketing plans, ensure growth targets are met and ensure successful take-on of new propertiesEnsure all records are updatedArrange, attend, minute all HOA & BC meetings and execute instructionsAttend to owner queriesAnnual budgets for all HOA and BCAssist with preparing AFS for HOA and BCEnsure adequate insurance and oversee levy clearance certificatesSign off of invoices and raise utility charges and management of utility accountsCredit control for complexesPrepare and distribute monthly reports to trusteesEnsure effective management of properties in line with relevant legislationEnsure registrations with CSOS and compliance with legislation / annual renewals attended toManagement & enforcement of house and conduct rules and issues files / penaltiesRegular site visits and appointment / performance control of service providersEnsure expenditure in line with budgets and oversee complex upkeepBusiness unit & variance reportsOversee municipal processes and preparation of budgetsManage corporate social investment activities, ensure cost saving and assist with setting budgetsStaff management, work allocation, and process analysisManage community development activities and ensure cost savingsEnsure quality adherence, EE plan and WSPSalary: R23 000.00 per month CTCTo apply, email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to (email address).If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
