Property Portfolio Manager (Sectional Title)

ResponsibilitiesArrange opening of Investment and current bank accounts for Scheme.Transfer of funds between Trust and Investment accounts.Arrange regular insurance valuations of schemes.Ensure insurance premiums are paid to date and manage insurance claims.Ensure timely payments of service providers, contractors, and municipal accounts for schemes.Advise on Sectional Title and HOA matters, supporting and guiding the Trustees.Conduct regular complex inspections.Assist Trustees with maintenance-related matters, such as obtaining quotations and reports.Ensure levies are charged in line with the approved budgets.Ensure schemes spend in line with their approved budgets.Review monthly debtors to ensure cash flow and liaise with debt collectors regarding necessary actions.Ensure resolutions are signed.Draft notices, circulars, and letters.Prepare budgets, ensuring approved budgets are loaded timely, and attend to levy increase letters to owners and new budget resolutions to be signed by Trustees.Review monthly community reports and distribute them to Trustees.Review draft financial statements.RequirementsGrade 12.Relevant tertiary education.Minimum 3 years experience in the property industry.Proficient in MS Office.Valid driver's license and own transport.
