Responsibilities: Arrange opening of Investment and current bank accounts for SchemeTransfer of funds between Trust and Investment accountsArrange regular insurance valuations of schemesEnsuring insurance premiums are paid to date and insurance claims managementEnsuring timely payments of service providers/contractors/municipal accounts for schemesAdvising on Sectional Title and HOA matters, supporting and guiding the TrusteesConduct regular complex inspectionsAssist Trustees with maintenance-related matters, e.g., obtaining quotations/reportsEnsure levies are charged in line with the approved budgetsEnsure schemes spend in line with their approved budgetsReview monthly debtors to ensure cash flow and liaise with debt collector regarding necessary actionsEnsure resolutions are signedDraft notices, circulars, and lettersPrepare budgets (ensure approved budgets are loaded timely) and attend to levy increase letters to owners & new budget resolution to be signed by TrusteesReview monthly community reports and distribute to TrusteesReview draft financial statementsRequirements: Grade 12Relevant tertiary educationMinimum 3 years experience in the property industryProficient in MS OfficeValid driver's license and own transportDesired Skills: Grade 12Tertiary qualificationMinimum 3 years experienceDesired Qualification Level: Diploma
