Ref: LRP25004Type: PermanentA great opportunity for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager at a well-established company in the residential property fund industry located in Paarl.Key Responsibilities:Handling all correspondence of the Legal Entity / AssociationTaking MinutesHandling all maintenance and repair servicesAssisting with Legal and Conflict Resolution AssistanceSending monthly reportsArranging annual accounting audits with the Auditor of the governing bodyPreparation of the annual budget for calculating the leviesPreparation and maintenance of employee contracts, statutory requirements, remuneration, and leaveCollection of levy fees and overdue levies in collaboration with lawyers where necessaryEnsuring invoices are sent out on a monthly basisAssisting the Board of Trustees in determining replacement values for insurance purposes and arranging for valuationsArranging insurance for buildings and improvements and any other insuranceDealing with all insurance claimsFacilitating communication between the contractor and Board of Trustees or Management CommitteeRequirements:At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or financial environmentQualification/Experience in the real estate environment is highly advantageousSectional Title experience is highly advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Afrikaans)Ability to cope under pressure and possess excellent problem-solving skillsMust have a valid driver's license with own reliable transportExcellent time management and organizational skillsSalary: R20k – R35k p/month, negotiable based on qualification and experienceHow to Apply:Ensure you meet all the requirementsComplete all the requested information belowRemember to attach your CVOnce your application has been made, you will receive a generic email to confirm the receipt of your applicationOnly short-listed candidates will be contactedIf you are not contacted by a consultant within 2 weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
