You will identify and capitalise on investment opportunities, manage property operations, and develop strategies to enhance property value. Responsibilities: Investment Opportunities: Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence on prospective properties. Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase the value and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio. Lease Management: Negotiate leases and rental agreements with tenants, ensuring timely collection of rent payments. Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties to ensure they are in optimal condition. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders and property owners. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to a team of property managers and support staff, ensuring effective performance and development. Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification. Proven experience in property portfolio management. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property management best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Ability to travel to and from client locations daily, your own vehicle is essential. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
