Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties. Handle lease agreements, tenant relations, and ensure compliance with property regulations. Optimize property performance through strategic asset management and budget oversight. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or logistics properties. Exposure to MDA property management software is essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Strong understanding of lease agreements, negotiations, and property law. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
