Property Manager

Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Relevant Diploma or Degree in Property Studies, Finance, Business or Legal beneficial4-6 years experience in managing property portfolios across the value chain in large and complex organizationsAble to travel at short notice as per operational requirementsStrong proficiency in MS Office 365 with advanced excelDuties:Assist with service level agreements and contract finalisation.Manage service contractors and address performance issues.Oversee inspection programs and tenant installations.Conduct lease negotiations within budget and approval framework.Draft motivation for deal approvals and communicate leasing strategies.Conduct quarterly market surveys to establish market rentals.Update legal files and instructions to Attorneys.Oversee the provision of bad debtPrepare income and expense budgets based on market knowledge.Manage income and expenses per building.Handle invoicing control and late invoices.
