Property Manager

Our client based in Centurion, are dealing with logistics and retail.
They are looking for a Property Manager with Property experience to join them on a temporary contract.
Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant Diploma or Degree in Property Studies, Finance, or Business beneficial 4-6 years experience in managing property portfolios across the value chain in large and complex organizations Must have been in a Financial Manager / supervisor position for 3 years Able to travel at short notice as per operational requirements Must have a valid drivers licence as it is required to do visitations to shopping centres and councils Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 with advanced excel Duties: Assist with service level agreements and contract finalisation.
Manage service contractors and address performance issues.
Oversee inspection programs and tenant installations.
Conduct lease negotiations within budget and approval framework.
Draft motivation for deal approvals and communicate leasing strategies.
Conduct quarterly market surveys to establish market rentals.
Update legal files and instructions to Attorneys.
Oversee the provision of bad debt Prepare income and expense budgets based on market knowledge.
Manage income and expenses per building.
Handle invoicing control and late invoices.
