Property Manager

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 1pm Our client based in East London is looking for a property manager to join their successful team.
Overseeing the day-to-day management of mainly residential with some commercial units.
You will be responsible for tenant communications, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations, complaint management, and rent arrears.
The right candidate will have over 2 years' experience within a busy, fast-paced property management role, be forward-thinking, and exceptionally organized.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to enquiriesBuild and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliersReferencing and other administration of tenant proceduresProducing and updating tenancy agreementsPrioritize daily workload and work to deadlinesApply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem-solvingRequirements:
