Property Manager

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Property / Facilities Manager CBD – Cape Town. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including tenant management, lease agreements, property maintenance (there is a handy-man on site), and financial management.Person must be willing to go out in the evenings should there be an emergency.Requirements:Previous experience in property management or real estate.Previous experience in facilities management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.Previous experience in working with body corporates.Fire, health and safety compliance knowledge.Financial knowledge/experience will be advantageous.
