Property ManagerReference: EL002678-Glyni-2We are seeking a Property Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.Duties & ResponsibilitiesApplicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with relevant degree / diploma and good computer literacy10 years' experience in the property environment with at least 5 years' experience in property managementLeasing experience with an existing network of retail and commercial tenants, on a national and regional scaleMust be prepared to travel throughout EC and sleep outThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Maintain high occupancy level and attract tenants by advertisingConclude lease agreements with new tenants and renewalsOverall management of lease agreementsMeet with tenants and maintain good relationshipsFollow up with queries and concerns and resolve complaintsEnsure all properties are maintained and ensure security services are adequateOversee new developments, coordinate vendors and execution of projectsDevelop project plans and measure project performancePerform risk management and review monthly management accountsPropose rental rates and collecting rentals / depositsAuthorizing payments, preparing budgets / expenditures and variancesPrepare reports and participate in educational opportunitiesObserve / monitor staff performance, identify training needsInterview / hire applicants and ensure adherence to company's disciplinary codeSalary: R40 000.00 – R50 000.00 per month including Provident fund + Company vehicle & fuel cardPlease email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to ****** with "Property Manager" in the subject lineIf you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.Package & RemunerationR40 000.00 - R50 000.00 - Monthly plus incl Provident + Company Vehicle And Fuel Card
