Property Maintenance Worker

The property maintenance worker will be working with a team to perform routine and scheduled maintenance at properties and buildings.
The tasks include but are not limited to plumbing, minor electrical work, painting, general repairs/replacements, non-structural repairs and general housekeeping.
The MW must also be able to identify and address potential issues.

Requirements:
Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
Must have previous experience with references for required tasks.
Must be able to follow instructions, use own initiative and have record keeping skills.
Communication is key for this position.
Must be a SA Citizen and reside in the Northern Suburbs, CPT.
