Property Maintenance Manager

Our client is looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to join their growing team. The Property Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Company's property portfolio and property budgets.
Property Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Plan preventative maintenance for all properties owned/leased by the Company and check daily maintenance is up to date.Produce technical reports following building surveysFind contractors for maintenance workMonitoring Invoices and budgetsCommunicate with consultants and landlords to ensure building regulations are metTo log any maintenance issues that need resolving and prioritize accordinglyAny additional ad hoc duties that may arise.Property Maintenance Manager Skills Property Maintenance experience is desiredWilling to undertake trainingGreat understanding of health and safetyProperty Maintenance Manager Additional Information You will be required to be available one weekend in three (accessible by phone)
