Minimum Requirements: Matric. Relevant qualification in either property or finance. Advantageous: Vehicle and valid Driver's License. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a property-focused company is essential. Accounting Software experience (e.g., Sage, Xero). Essential: Experience working with the MDA Property Management system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
 Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee leasing administration and manage financial accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct account and general ledger reconciliations, addressing audit inquiries efficiently. Resolve tenant-related queries, including levy and municipal statement concerns, promptly. Collaborate with solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to monitor sales contract progress. Draft and prepare contracts as required. Leverage MDA Property Systems or Xero Accounting software; prior experience is advantageous. Respond to general, telephone, and email inquiries, providing exceptional support.
