Our client in the Construction / Property industry is recruiting for a Property Developer Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team.Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business ManagementEnglish and Sotho speakingOwn vehicle with valid driver licenseBe able work during weekend for ON SHOWSelf-motivated and results-driven with a customer-oriented approachDuties and responsibilities Provide assistance to potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments by proposing the most suitable units based on the clients' interests and affordability.Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related information relating to their purchase journey.Showing clients development plans and also taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best suited product.Prepare necessary administrative documents e.g., OTP, addendum's etc.Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports.After-sale service: follow up with snag attending etcSalary: R12 000-R14 000 basic Commission is added after employee completes 3 month probationary period Closing date: 24 April 2024
