Assist potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related information relating to their purchase journey. Showing clients development plans and also taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best-suited product. Prepare necessary administrative documents Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports.
