About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the evaluation and administration of property deals.
You will play a crucial role in assessing the feasibility of property investments, calculating costs, and providing key insights into market trends.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong grasp of data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including coaching students.
Key Responsibilities Deal Analysis : Evaluate property investment opportunities, including rent-to-rent deals, property sales, and Airbnb feasibility.
Cost Estimation : Estimate refurbishment costs and overall investment feasibility.
Market Research : Conduct research on comparable properties, including rental and sale prices, to guide investment decisions.
Building Quotes : Gather and compare quotes for property refurbishments or renovations.
Stakeholder Communication : Provide guidance and coaching to students and other stakeholders, explaining processes and offering best practices.
Reporting : Prepare clear, data-driven reports to present findings and recommendations to the team.
Ideal Candidate Analytical Skills : Strong aptitude for data analysis, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of coaching and explaining complex concepts clearly.
Organizational Skills : Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Property Market : Familiarity with property investments, rent-to-rent deals, or Airbnb operations is a significant advantage.
Tech Savvy : Comfortable using tools like Slack, Excel, and other analysis/reporting software.
Flexible Availability : Willingness to adapt to the needs of a growing business, including working later hours when required.
Preferred Skills Previous experience in the property or consulting industries.
Understanding of the UK property market.
Experience in property investment or project cost analysis.
