Property Credit Controller - Cape Town

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a seasoned Credit Controller to ensure timely payments and effective management of debtors' accounts. This role is perfect for a detailed-oriented professional with a strong background in credit control, ready to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of bills Collect outstanding debts through phone calls and, when necessary, formal letters of demand Address client billing and utilities queries promptly Administer a portfolio of receivable accounts and reconcile debtor records Process credit notes promptly and allocate unallocated payments to debtor accounts Prepare monthly reports on payment queries, overdue accounts, and legal statuses Work with attorneys to collect outstanding debts when required Serve as a backup credit controller for other business units as needed Requirements: Credit Management Qualification At least 5 years of experience in credit control, preferably within property management EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
