Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Spearhead our commercial property brokerage activities in the North Coast region, focusing on Umhlanga and surrounding areas.
Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with potential clients, including property owners, developers, and investors in the commercial sector.
Property Listings: Source and secure commercial property listings, ensuring a diverse portfolio of options for clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in the North Coast region.
Negotiation: Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Client Management: Provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the property transaction process and maintaining long-term relationships.
Brand Representation: Represent and promote the company's brand, values, and reputation in the North Coast market.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience: Some experience in property brokerage, real estate sales, or a related field is preferred.

Vehicle: Own reliable vehicle is required for this role.
