Property And Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Do you have experience in retail property maintenance, general property maintenance, and/or fleet management?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mainly responsible for the coordination of retail stores across the country in terms of general maintenance. Additional responsibility for ensuring maintenance of the George Head Office and its warehouses. Management of a fleet of vehicles used by staff who travel daily as part of their jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Matric
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (property maintenance experience essential)
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel)
Excellent knowledge in terms of property maintenance (commercial properties)
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility (including safety in general)
Planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to work under pressure
A sense of urgency
