Property Accountant

As the Property Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: Assist in the external auditing processes Reconciliation of balance sheets Manage the bank accounts Process monthly accruals and prepayments Ensure accuracy of the general ledger accounts Update the interest tables with new interest rates Update the tenant installations Monthly processing of electricity and water accruals Liaise with companies responsible for meter readings Follow up on discrepancies and queries raised Reconciliation of the creditors ledger Ensure that the suppliers are VAT-compliant Any additional tasks and duties required from management Skills & Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a finance/accounting role MDA software exposure would be beneficial Excellent communication skills Strong Excel skills Qualification: Relevant Finance or Accounting degree Matric (Grade 12) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
