Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property accounting, particularly with MDA (Multi-Discipline Accounting) software, and have a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial statements for a portfolio of properties.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.Analyze financial data and provide insights on property performance.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these metrics.Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Utilize MDA software for financial reporting and analysis.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting.Proficiency with MDA (Multi-Discipline Accounting) software is a must.Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Apply Now!
