Property Accountant

Looking for experience in Financial or Management Accounting, with a good understanding of Financial Disciplines (budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis) and expert level Excel skills.Leverage your financial expertise to maximize property value and drive business growth, preparing budgets, forecasts, and identifying cost savings.You will be responsible for maintenance, servicing contractors, leasing, and financial reports. Efficiently manage a team to deliver on all performance, compliance, and service standards, ensuring facilities are fully operational.Prepare income and expense budgets based on market knowledge. Manage income and expenses per building. Handle invoicing control. Evaluate municipal accounts and implement corrective measures. Monitor company expenses and implement cost reduction. Actively manage arrears and legal cases. Prepare final accounts during building sales.Minimum Requirements: Must have at least +3 years' experience in a similar role.Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Property Studies, or Business.
