Requirements Matric or a school leaving certificate Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Building inspector/Property Management certificate At least five years experience within a similar role Key Performance Areas Properties: Plan and control expenditure within annual budget (Repairs and Maintenance, Capital Expenditure) Energy Efficiency :Develop and implement the Energy Efficiency Programme for the division Engineering :Assist business units with Maintenance Engineering Methodology People Management :Manage contract suppliers in line with budget
