Proofreader/Copy Editor (Remote, Contract)

INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team.
You must be proficient in basic and advanced grammar rules and understand how they are used within our style guides. Our ideal candidate is meticulous in reviewing copy, noting errors such as punctuation, spelling, and word usage, and knows how to check statements for the accuracy or potential plagiarism.
Responsibilities:
Proofread materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voiceCrosscheck references and dataReview output for consistencyReview and occasionally rewrite internal documentsCollaborate with team membersQualifications
Excellent English writing skills1+ proofreading experienceAt least one year of writing experienceB2B writing experience (preferred)Bachelors degree in journalism or English (preferred)Great attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedAgile and proactiveSolutions-orientedAble to work EST hoursOur Hiring Process:
