HEAT TREATMENT OPERATOR* METALLURGY Qualification would be HIGHLY ADVANTAGE* Matric or Equivalent* Double check Temperatures & times for different Materials on Job Card* Place Material in the FURNACE* Quench all Blades in Oil after Heat Treatment, if required* Check Blades to determine if the need to be clamped in the Press or Anvil* Weigh All Jobs & Record the correct Weight on the Job Card* Check Gas & Oil weekly* Attend to HEAT TREATMENT & Documentation to be completed* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
