You will be responsible for supervising, managing, training and motivating team members (promoters) on a daily basis to achieve their sales targets and build brand awareness through excellent customer service.As a Promoter Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. A team leader leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
